Third Quarter 2010 Apartment Market Outlook

Since the “Great Resession” started Marcus and Millichap has been runnign periodic free webcasts about the outlook int he real estate community.  I jsut received notice they are running one on Spptember 28th on the Apartmetn Market Outlook.  These are good short presentations that give good information about national and to some extent local markets.  While the presentation is a commercial for Marcus and Millichap I don’t mind because they are giving me useful info.  If you are interested in the apartment market I suggest you register for the webcast.
