Local Market Reports -Indiana

It’s easy to get market reports from national market research services such as REIS and national sales brokers like Marcus and Millichap generate good market reports.  But many of the best reports come from local brokers or mortgage bankers.  Tikijian Associates in Indiana just issued their Indiana Apartment Market 2010 report which covers the state, but focuses mainly in Indianapolis. 

According to the report things are looking up in Indiana.  Like many other markets 2010 saw stabilization and rental growth.  The future also looks bright as fundamentals are good.
