2011 Apartment Market Outlook and Investment Strategies Webcast

For those of you that missed the 2011 Apartment Market Outlook and Investment Strategies Webcast, presented by Marcus & Millichap you can access the recast below.   The original event was broadcast on Tuesday, January 11, 2011.

The commentary was not very newsworthy, but did confirm many of our opinions and belief.  The real value was in the charts.  Lots of great info.  I particularly liked the historical comparison of treasury rates,  treasury spreads vs. inflation and Agency rates.   Rates are up from last summer, but as these charts show, rates are still low from a historical basis and its likely they will stay so for the near future.  Its only an hour long and its worth your time.
