Another Freddie CME

Freddie just issued another CME security circular.   This consists of about $1 Billion of mortgages with an expected closing date of March 31, 2011.  The offering can be found at this link;  http://www.freddiemac.com/mbs/data/k011oc.pdf.  Lots of interesting stuff.  I particularly pay attention to the loan details on Pages 317 through 328.  This outlines the loan and property information on the 76 loans in the pool.  This provides good market intelligence on loan structure, property performance and value.     Its interesting how much property based detail is available in the public market.
