Adam Klingher has been involved in multifamily finance for over 25 years working at a number of major lending institutions.   This includes some of the largest lenders in the country including Freddie Mac and Washington Mutual as well as major financial intermediaries such as GMAC Commercial mortgage (now Berkadia) and Johnson Capital.   He has been responsible for all areas of multifamily lending including underwriting, portfolio management, servicing and origination of multi-family loans.    He has experience with all size and types of properties and has worked with large properties and institutional owners as well as small properties with local “mom and pop” owners.   During Adam’s career he and his teams have been responsible for making over $10 billion in loans, predominantly in the Midwest, but also throughout the nation.
