Are you a real estate professional who is looking for new business?  Our site can help you find new customers by allowing them to find you.  Please complete the following form to join our database.    I have listed below the categories we use for professionals.  If you fit into one of these sections you should enter your information. 

Basic listings are free, but if you would like a direct hotlink connection to your web site or e-mail there is a small $15 annual administration fee.    This will allow our customers to directly link to your site or you as a multi-family professional.

 

By entering your data in this form you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this site.  We also reserve the right to refuse any listing and will refuse any listing not related to multifamily housing or commercial real estate.

This will be your user ID and will not be shown to the public. We use a phone number so it’s easy to remember, but if you would like to use a different number or have already used your regular number for another listing that’s fine. Any 9 digit number combination that has not already been used is acceptable.

This is your password to sign into the site and edit your listing.
 
Category *
Please choose one category to describe your business. If you would like to be listed under more than one category you need to create a new listing for each category. If you don’t think any of these categories fit your organization please contact us and let us know what category we should include.
 
User Type
If you would like our premium service please choose it here. By choosing the premium service you will get a hot link (clickable field) to your web site and e-mail. Your organizational description will also not be limited by size. Standard listings can only show 250 characters in their organizational description Premium listing’s organizational description is not limited.

There is a small $15 annual fee for premium listings.
 
Primary Market Area
If your services are regional or national you can choose one of these market area listings. This will not be shown on your listing, but will be searchable by our directory users. If you would like to choose more than one area hold down the ctrl button.
